12/30: Human Interest

Eugene has accepted a position on the Board of Directors for the R.Ed.I. Arts and Education Foundation organization that has been developed to provide unique and effective prevention education programming for our nation’s communities, schools and youth organizations. www.redifoundation.org

The Foundation is dedicated to prevention education through the use of the performing arts including music, dance and drama.  The prevention theater show will address contemporary issues ranging from drug and alcohol abuse, to self-esteem, prejudice and physical abuse.  The mission is to inspire our nation’s youth to make positive, informed, intelligent and healthy choices when faced with the variety of issues that they will encounter throughout their development.  Eugene is a founding member of the model that was used for the development of this national program.
